Booker's Labrador puppies are well
socialized, have dewclaws removed, vet checked head to tail, have a
record of shots/dewormings and a written 26 mo. hip/12 mo. health guarantee
(against life threatening genetic defects) when
placed in new homes. Depending on the selected breeding, we could
have black,
yellow and/or
chocolate
puppies available. We send home an
impressive puppy pack loaded with helpful information to welcome your newest family member
(includes pedigree of Sire and Dam). Expect a lot of questions
from us, as we care a great deal about the homes our puppies will be
growing up in. There are only one or two litters
available each year, therefore a waiting list is possible at any time.
Puppy price may vary depending on particular breeding, sire/dam
pedigree. We will accept deposits for
pups once the litter is born and we know what will be available. Ourselves or the owner of
the stud will always have the option of first pick of each litter, then
we will contact those on the waiting list. The deposit required is
$200 and is non-refundable should you change your mind. This is due
to the fact we have likely turned away other interested buyers.
The exception to this rule is if we determine the puppy is no longer
suitable for a family due to health or behavioral problems. The
remaining balance for your puppy will be due at the time you come to
take he/she home. In our hopes to prevent
irresponsible breeding and to protect what we've contributed to our
bloodline, we do not give new owners any breeding rights with our puppies. Booker's Labrador puppies are sold with AKC
Limited Registration (no litters produced by this dog are eligible for
AKC reg.). Full Registration would be an additional cost and
is only available at our discretion to approved homes. Please feel

At my house, our family LOVES that Puppy Socialization time!
All puppies are sold as family pets/companions, therefore I cannot 'guarantee' the obedience, hunting or show ability of any puppy. Young puppies don't know the boundaries, limitations or rules of your home. These, like housebreaking, must be taught! All new families are strongly encouraged to take their new puppy to a 'puppy obedience class' to begin training. This is a great way to bond with your new lab.
